Returns & Refunds Policy
At Modea Living, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully and contact us if you need help before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be retained
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided
- Clear photos of the issue must be submitted
Once assessed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. If the return is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover all related shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Products returned outside the 7-day window without prior notice
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
